 For clients under 16, a legal guardian must complete the  intake form/waiver.

• Occasionally, appointments may exceed their allotted time. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured, you will receive the same excellent care once your treatment begins.

• To maintain efficiency, please arrive a minimum of 5 mintues early. Please wait in your vehicle until you receive a text confirmation to enter, as we do not have a waiting area

• Cancellations,no shows or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will require payment of the full service booked.

• For the comfort of all clients, please attend your appointment alone, as we do not have seating or space for spouses, children, or friends.
