Our Policies

  • Payment


    A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. No deposit is required at the time of booking.

    We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards for payment.

  • Cancellation Policy


    We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

    No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

  • Late Arrivals


    We offer a 5-minute grace period. After this time, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full service fee may still apply.

    As our schedule is carefully timed, we are unable to extend appointment lengths for late arrivals.

  • Results


    Every tan is custom-blended and tailored to your skin tone. Final results may vary slightly depending on skin type, prep, and aftercare compliance.

    Proper preparation and aftercare are essential for optimal results.

  • Preparation directly determines how your tan develops, how it looks, and how long it lasts. Spray tanning works by reacting with the amino acids in your skin. Any product left on the skin—such as lotion, deodorant, oils, or residue from body wash ~ can block this reaction and lead to uneven or short-lived results. Proper exfoliation and timing are equally important. If the skin is not exfoliated incorrectly or done too close to your appointment, it can affect absorption and overall result.

  • No. Arrive with clean, makeup-free, product-free skin. This ensures proper development and an even result.

  • All hair removal should be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Your appointment takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Upon arrival, we will complete a full consultation to assess your skin, undertones, and desired outcome. Your tan is fully customized, and you’ll be guided through positioning to ensure an even result. You will leave with your exact rinse time and full aftercare instructions.

  • This is entirely your choice. Keep in mind that anything worn during your appointment may result in tan lines.

  • We recommend booking 2 days prior to your event. Brides should book 2–3 days in advance. For travel, book the day before departure.

  • Typically your tan will slowly fade out over 7–10 days with proper prep and aftercare.

  • Generally yes, but please consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

  • You can wear white after your first rinse and two soap showers.

  • Dry areas absorb more solution. Proper exfoliation and hydration help ensure an even result.

  • Usually dehydration or improper skin prep. Use a spray tan-safe moisturizer and drink plenty of water.

  • Skin condition, your skin's pH balance, medications, and hormones can all influence development.

  • This is usually caused by skin contact before your first rinse.

  • Avoid working out before your tan is completely developed. Wait at least 24-48 hours before exercising.

  • No. SPF is still required.

  • Every 7-10 days, once your previous tan has been fully removed.
