Before your appointment, there are a few things you need to know to get the best results:

1. Recently had hair removal?
LET IT GROW to about ¼” long (around the length of an eyelash) before your appointment
That’s:
- After Shaving: 10-14 days of growth
-After Waxing: 4 weeks of growth
- After Sugaring: 4-6 weeks of growth

2. Exfoliate:
Gently exfoliate your skin three days before your appointment with a dry brush, sugar scrub, or bath mitt. This helps remove flakes and allows your skin to heal from any micro-tears. Please do not exfoliate for 24 hours prior to your appointment

3. Skip any retinoid creams for at least 24-48 hours beforehand.

4. Sun Smart:
Stay out of the sun for 48 hours before your appointment. Sunburn and sugaring are a painful combo—cover up if you can’t avoid the sun!

5 .Product-Free : On the day of your session, skip deodorant, makeup, lotion, and perfume on areas being sugared. Clean hair follicles mean better results and less risk of irritation.
